[VIDEO] Hennessey working on Dodge Charger SRT Hellcat image
There isn’t much room to work with but this will definitely become even hotter than the standard ride.
The Dodge Charger SRT Hellcat is currently the most powerful and fastest sedan money can buy and it has managed to start a cult of its own in the United States, along with the most powerful production muscle car ever, its brother, the Challenger SRT Hellcat. If you happen to be the proud owner of such a performance vehicle and you would like to upgrade your ride, than Hennessey Performance will have you covered for sure, as it is currently working on an upgrade package for the impressive ride.
According to the North American based tuning company, the V8 engine found under the hood of the Dodge Charger SRT Hellcat has received an upgraded lower pully, a port matched throttle body, a high-flow air filter, a ported supercharger housing, a new ECU and several other goodies. Thanks to these modifications, the updated Dodge Charger SRT Hellcat is now capable of putting down a total of 852 HP (635 kW). In standard form, the 6.2 liter supercharged V8 engine can produce 707 HP (527 kW) and 880 Nm (650 lb-ft) of torque, enough for a 0 to 100 km/h (62 mph) acceleration made in less than 4 seconds and a top speed of 320 km/h (199 mph). Hennessey Performance has also added the individually numbered plaque, the embroidered headrests and the special exterior badging to the vehicle. No pricing details for the modifications have been announced so far.
