Dodge has some of the coolest colors right now.

Dodge is by far the most insane American automaker at the moment. The brand may sell other cars like the Dart, Journey, and Durango, but all of the attention has been placed on the Charger and Challenger Hellcat models. It’s hard to believe that either of these 707-horsepower cars are in production. Likewise, it’s hard to believe that Dodge is able to sell amazing colors like Sublime Green Pearl. Unfortunately this color is no longer available for 2016, but don’t worry: Dodge has plenty of awesome colors right now and here are some of the best.

Dodge usually has some shade of orange in its lineup. The Dodge Viper‘s Yorange Clear Coat is one of our favorites. The Viper ACR is available with a color called Stryker Orange, which is a lot darker but didn’t make the list because it’s only available on the ACR model and costs an additional $8,900. Yorange Clear Coat is available on the ACR and SRT models with the TA package at no additional cost. This exterior can also be matched with a black interior with orange contrast stitching. The Viper‘s future is uncertain, so Yorange may not be long for this world. This is sad because it gives an already good looking sports car an even more exciting look. The Hellcats get a lot of attention, but we haven’t forgotten the Viper.

Our next color is B5 Blue, a pretty sweet color that can be ordered on Charger and Challenger models from the V6 all the way up to the Hellcat. This paint is a very cool way to make your Dodge stand out even if you can’t afford one of the insane Hellcat models. B5 Blue is actually a historic color for Dodge that dates back to the late 1960s. The name may not be as exciting as other colors from the company, but you can’t say the shade is boring. B5 Blue was the original paint code for the color back in the day, but oddly enough, the current B5 bBue paint code is actually PDQ. The name just happened to stick, and luckily the color was popular enough for Dodge to bring it back for 2016 Challengers and Chargers.

Another classic color from Dodge is Plum Crazy Purple. Purple is not a commonly used color on cars, but Dodge made this particular shade a household name on muscle cars like the Challenger. When Dodge revived the Challenger back in 2008, everyone wondered whether this color would make a comeback. The color was indeed brought back and can now grace the metal of your Challenger or Charger. Like B5 Blue, you don’t have to order the Hellcat model to enjoy this crazy color. However, we have tried to configure a car with this color and it appears that IT may no longer be offered for the 2016 model year. Dodge did say that the color would have a limited run. You better get one before the dealers run out.

Our final choice is Ceramic blue. This special edition color is only available on the Viper GTS. Although the color is called a blue, it is more of a flat grey with a blue tint. The Ceramic Blue paint has no metallic characteristics and was initially just a test color. The SRT team tested the color on the Viper and was so pleased that they simply had to include it in the lineup. The color comes with gloss black stripes and black vapor chrome wheels. The interior of this color also comes with laguna leather and an Alcantara headliner. We have never even seen a Viper in this color, so is probably pretty rare. We found one for sale in Scottsdale, Arizona, if you are interested.
